Applied online through their website. They got back to me within a month to schedule a phone interview. The interview was mostly behavioral and then we touched upon some more technical stuff based on your answer to previous questions/resume.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not too many unexpected questions. It was a very standard procedure and interview that encompassed basic OOP questions and such. Very basic java question checking arrays.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AT&T (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2012
Interview
I was planning on relocating and considering my interest in technology, I thought this would be a good fit. However, the hiring coordinator did not initially want to give me the interview because I was out of state but I persuaded anyways and so I was granted an interview. The interview itself was great-a 1:1 with a manager and we had a great discussion about the town and the position. I was selected to move to the next round of interviews but they wanted to place me in a suburban area where it would have been harder for me to commute. They never told me whether or not that manager wanted me to interview so I never heard back from them. Overall, the interview experience was fine even though I did not take a position with AT&T.

Question 1
I was asked how to handle situations that involved customers and the selection of different products.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
Not that difficult but it was a long process. It started and stopped a few times and it seemed like nobody knew the steps. They need to work on that in the future so not as much confusion by the potential candidate.
