I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
I applied via my university career services and was called in for a 1 hour long interview on-campus.
The first half (30 minutes) was behavioral questions which were really straightforward and easy. The technical director conducted that interview
The second half was more technical, conducted by a new software developer, but since I was a sophomore they didn't expect a lot out of me.
Both interviewers were really patient and welcoming.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2012
