Interview
Applied via linkedin and searched for recruiter contact. I lucked out and reached the person sourcing the job. I sent them my resume and the next day received an application for the position. the following week I had 7 conference call interviews with a panel of people on each call. They asked a variety of questions to determine my personality, work ethics, drive, passion etc.
I received an offer the following week and they offered me more then I was seeking.

I was called in for a face to face with the Associate Director. Was called after for testing. Received a call for an offer. Was scheduled for the next class for training.

Process wasn't too bad. Applied online. Met with the store manager at the location I applied for. Had a 2nd interview with the the regional manager at the corporate headquaters. Very typical process. After started a one month training course at the corporate headquarters. Completed and started at the retail store I applied to.

Honestly it wasn't too bad. Most question had to do with sales and how proficient I was with technology. Also asked if I liked talking to people.
