I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Apr 2013
Interview
3 rounds.
1st - brief virtual interview basically telling you about the program, but be prepared for behavioral questions. Tell me a time you made decision with little information, tell me a time about when someone told you "no" to something.
2nd - technical interview, but its based off your resume. Make sure you know everything off your resume. The interviewer asked several questions about the skills I had listed on my resume, including pros/cons on different processes. They also asked to demonstrate the skill by giving an example and asking me to solve.
3rd - it seems like if you made it here, its basically yours to lose. its very informal, with a few questions such as what drives you, whats your dream job, and what do you do outside of work/school.
Overall, know your situations and your resume. They really tailor the questions to your resume.
