The first, I guess preliminary interview, was only about 6 questions. All of the questions were asking you to draw on specific experiences or situations from your life or work experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AT&T (Lod) in Sep 2011
Interview
3 interviews - one with the team leader and activity leader (Scrum Master), second with head department and last with HR.
First interview they had a prepared white double side paper with all the questions there is to ask, the next one is general like what if you disagree with your boss, the last is personality with HR like what free couching you would take that is not part (or out) of your job description.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Portland, OR) in Sep 2010
Interview
You have to take a test online to qualify for the interview. Everyone who passed it mentions they answered the way they expected the company would want them to, not the way they really felt. After the online test I got a call and answered some more basic interview questions. I was told to come in to interview at an old hotel and almost didn't go because I couldn't imagine at&t would interview in such a place. We sat at round tables and waited while a bunch of big wigs interviewed us one by one. I was offered a job and paperwork for the basic drug testing stuff. Really not a big deal.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There really weren't any questions beyond basic interview questions. Nothing surprising.
