Applied through University jobsite, called for a phone interview, dry exhaustive questions, unimpressed, felt like I was speaking to a customer service telemarketer.

they'll schedule a test for you through your email that you submitted your application through. after the test (if you pass it) they'll schedule you an interview for another time (mine was a few days later) when i went into my interview i had 2 managers interview me. It was about 30 minutes just asking normal questions. They took me back to the main common area and came back 5 minutes later and told me I had passed and to be expecting a call in a week or so.
