AT&T interview questions

I saw a posting online, so I applied. It was a long application and you have to fill out your past 5 years of employment history. All the regular stuff too, and then a very long (114 question) assessment. Got called 2 days later to schedule a phone interview. Did a phone interview and was asked if I could go to the store for a "Meet and Greet" about an hour after the interview took place. Went, met with and interviewed with the store manager and assistant manager and it went really well, and was fairly casual. More like a conversation than an interview. Afterwards, met with the DM who happened to be in the store that day as well. Was told I would hear from them within about a week. Less than 2 hours later, I got a phone call with the job offer, and 5 minutes later, received the official email offering me the position (contingent on background and drug screen).
