The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AT&T (Winston-Salem, NC) in Jul 2009
Interview
interview was simple..non intimadating. Ask correct questions and gave great explanations. Friendly atmosphere. interview was not rediculously time consuming. Hiring process was by phone but at a lower rate than was asked or deserved. Training was out of town for a month but trainee was well taken care of.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Oct 2012
Interview
I got an interview through on campus recruiting, so my first interview was supposed to be in person, but due to inclement weather it turned into a phone interview. The questions were pretty standard interview questions about myself and the company, and then I was asked to give a sales pitch. All in all it took about a half hour.
Then I attended a group webinar about the position. The group seemed to consist solely of other students from boston, so it must have been a regional thing.
About a week later I got an email from a manager in TX about a second interview. We scheduled for a few days later. This one was shorter, but more of the same.
A week later I found out that I was not selected. It seems to be a very selective process, and I am not the most qualified. But it was pretty quick and easy.
