AT&T Leadership Development Program interview questions

The process was easy. I got an email from the local recruiter saying that my resume and application had piqued her curiosity, and that she wanted to have an interview. We then set up a phone interview which ran for about 45 minutes. Afterwards she contacted me within a few days to follow-up and let me know that I was not selected to go to the next round.

We had a first round of interviews, one on one. The second round of interviews was at the job site. The questions primarily focused on leadership.
