I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Mar 2022
Interview
Pretty easy, like they were putting bodies in a seat. Talked about skills, got a few softball question, did not get grilled . Was contacted by recruiter, then had panel interview. When I showed up for first day of work, the org had been reorged.
Easy going. Straight forward explanation of role and responsibilities. Interviewed with the Program Manager and other members of the team. Ask a lot about my experience building and managing a schedule for ontime delivery.
