Interview
You show up in a group, wait for your turn to be called in by the business owner. Chat and then wait to here if you're asked to come back to start. However, one on the job you find that hese idiots don't even care if you have your own transportation or not, which is mandatory for this job because it's an outside sales position. They hire people without transportation, no money and team them up w/someone who does which could be a real inconvenience while trying to do your own job selling.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
I applied online from an emloyee referral. I got a phone call within a week and had an interview with the Regional Hiring Manager the following week. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was a one on one interaction. After the initial interview, the recruiter said they would contact you within 5 business days if they were asking you back for a second interview.
