Phone interview with corporate office. This was followed by an interview at the store location. If the store manager likes you, you will receive a follow up offer letter from the corporate office. The store does not negotiate your salary since you are union.

Starts with a email awarding you a phone interview which you are quickly qualified. If it goes well you will be asked to interview in person. If you are hired there is an extensive background check and drug test.
