What you'd expect from a big company that has been around for years and years. Prepare the way you would usually. They ask typical questions and it is a multiple step process.

Interview
Companies need to be more transparent in their hiring processes. To carry me through several interviews to only have my hiring determined by people in a department who never actually speak to you is ridiculous for a sales position. If they’re not going to hire you, at the end of the day, they can at least send an email from HR saying that you didn’t get hired. People who can’t hire you promise jobs and then some unreachable department decides whether or not you’re hired. Ridiculous.

Interview
Did my interview with a recruiter and a store manager, they were both very respectful and had a great attitude. Any questions I had were answered pretty quickly and to the best of their knowledge. They made me very comfortable.
