AT&T Senior Tech Manager interview questions

This was an internal position within the company so the interview process was a bit different and less formal than when bringing new external candidates. It consisted of multiple steps: - Pre-screening phone call with HR - Initial screening call with future supervisor - Formal phone call with behavioral questions and presentation of business unit responsibilities and requirements. Q&A on both ends took place during the interview process.
