AT&T TDP Intern interview questions

It included a coding challenge, technical interview with 2 TDP analysts, and then a behavioral interview. Everyone I met with was very friendly and made the interview process relatively stress free.

There are 4 steps in the interview process, each was like a week apart 1. Coding Problems (like the ones on leetcode) 2. General questions about public speaking and leadership experiences/skills 3. One coding assignment (you have 3 days to submit). Once submitted you have be on a call with two current TDP members and explain to them your code (why did you write in this language, etc). They will ask a lot of Software Engineer questions and they’re looking for web dev experiences. I got away with not knowing any because I was going to take a class on it before interning. 4. Interview with an AD, they will give you scenarios and you have to explained how you’ve handled something like that before. You also need to write a pitch at the end.
