I applied online. I interviewed at AbbVie (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Incredibly disappointed, I had two opportunities at this company and the recruiter (same person) was terrible. He was pleasant to speak with and in his emails he stated how accessible he was but unfortunately wasn’t. The first job the interview went well he stated he’d get back to me and never did, I sent him 2-3 emails asking for an updated and was completely ignored. He reached back out regarding another job and sent a very sincere apology not getting back to me before. And here i am again went through the entire interview process, emailed him 2-3 times asking for a follow and no response. I took time out of my work day and was very flexible to accommodate and this company doesn’t have the decency to respond to a simple email. Very unprofessional and discouraging

The hiring process was over a few weeks. First with an online assessment, then an on-site interview, then a medical. I then waited for an offer, however with coronavirus and the change of company, from allergan to Abbvie, they had no position to offer me
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AbbVie in Oct 2014
Interview
Interviewed by multiple interviewers asking about interest in the program and basic questions. I was asked several mildly difficult behavioral questions along with a couple technical questions. The technical questions were not difficult just asking the difference between debt and equity etc. I was also asked about positions on my resume and how it related well to the position.
