Phone screen, interview with hiring manager, and finally about a 6 hour interview with multiple team members and a 1 hour presentation. All over the internet due to pandemic procedures. Hiring Manager was very nice and process was pretty simple. Team was not well experienced with online meetings, as some members showed their true colors without realizing I was present. Seemed like a very interesting and experienced team but was not disappointed about not receiving an offer due to aforementioned comments by the team.
Short 30 minute phone screen with hiring manager, followed by a full day of meeting with and being interviewed by team members on site. This included a lab tour and lunch as well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AbbVie (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview is a two hour process. It consists of back to back interviews, each with groups of 3-4 employees in the particular section you applied for. The questions asked were repetitive between groups. It often felt like I was answering the same question over and over again, just for different people.
