Rigorous, by the book. lots of behavioral questions with specific examples. Request STAR format. Some panel interviews and some 1:1 interviews. Want someone with industry experience usually. Takes some time to hear back from HR.

Smooth with TA taking the lead. 3 rounds of interview. Interviewers were transparent in the difficulties in the job and the title they could offer. Sharing of company culture was quite consistent across 3 rounds of interview.
