I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AbbVie (Maidenhead, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
Surprisingly an informal interview process with 3 stages however always felt like I was having a general chat with them on my experience and motivations for joining. Straightforward competency questions some based around conflict resolution and nothing to catch you out

Question 1
How you have influenced a decision within a team? Questions based around their 5 AbbVie behaviours
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AbbVie (South San Francisco, CA)
Interview
One initial “conversation” with hiring manager and then 6 other interviews with HR, clinical scientist, head of RA, and 3 directors. All virtual interviews. One meeting was written as if it was with a senior manager, but ended up with the senior manager and a director.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and what you know about Abbvie.
Contacted by the recruiter, then moves with the hiring manager. Initial thirty minute conversation, and if things go well - it moves with the team. You speak to about four to five members of the team, and the last is with HR. Due to the transition from Allergan to Abbvie, it was difficult to hear back so it's best to follow up after a week or two.
