Phone interview and then on site tour, assessment, and two 15 minute panel interviews. Overall interesting interview process that is slightly different compared to others in the same field. Seemed prepared for the interview however had you arrive 30 minutes early.

Zoom call with three to five people. They were Training supervisors and manufacturing supervisors for different shifts. A combination of both technical and personal questions. It’s important to do research about the company and the job you’ll be performing.
