Fast decision making. I had over 6 interviews with various stakeholders, including future business partners. The interviews are skewed towards the culture fit rather than the technical skills. The questions did not seem to come from a structured guide. Yet, they were always asking for examples and detailed explanations of how I went about achieving results in the past.
