Werd ontvangen door een manager die zeer vriendelijk was. De manager was transparant over eventuele ander kandidaten en wat zij verwachten van iemand. Het gesprek was op het hoofdkantoor in hoofddorp.

Pas jij in deze functie in regulatory affairs sinds veel Mensen het als saai ervaren?
First round by hiring firm consultant. After passing through the selection, company HR assistant manger and department manager interviewed by asking common questions like self-introduction; how much I know about the company; what are my hobbies, etc. Last round of interview was by department director, questions included like what are my strengths/weaknesses; which parts of my job I like/hate, etc.

Interview
The company was very formal, and the interview very regimented. They asked difficult questions, some technical and some transferrable/behavioral questions. They wanted to know that i had an understanding of what i was applying for in the general sense
