AbbVie interview questions

There were 2 Interviews. The first was with 1 person and the next was with 3 people they took turns asking questions on a teams call. The process was probably 4 days long.

A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and I three 45 min interviews back to back. The recruiter seemed nice at first, and even emailed the company benefits to me, but then the whole time was phony. I met with three VPs. Two of them couldn’t tell me anything about the roles from a day to day perspective. The last one said they had a hiring blitz with many positions open and insinuated I might be picked. The funny thing is that they had this so called hiring blitz because they were “missing” out on good potential candidates. Two weeks go by when I was told they would have an answer in 2-3 days. Then I get a phone call only to say “we didn’t pick you”. This simply was a waste of my time just to play a game. And everything was a “Rush” deal on me. They didn’t consider my time working and meetings I had. I wouldn’t think twice about applying for a job with them in the future or hearing from one of their “phony” recruiters. A bit of advice, EMAIL INSTEAD OF CALLING SOMEONE TO SAY WE DIDN’T CHOOSE YOU! Very tacky and unprofessional.
