AbbVie interview questions

The interview process was well designed, transparent, and seamlessly managed. The recruiter and the interviewers were extremely professional and provided great insights about the company, the culture, and the value of the role. Five individual interviews with Business and IT executives were conducted remotely over the course of two days. The recruitment, interview, and offer processes were timely and responsive. Overall, this was a great experience.

Completely unprofessional and haphazard interview process with HR 1 & HR 2 clearly disengaged, clueless and simply going through the motions. My experience is the same as others, l interviewed well and was a ‘capability fit’ however, l was ghosted due to there being an internal candidate. I tried to follow up the outcome of my interview multiple times with HR who blatantly lied about getting back to me. I finally received a response after three weeks. Abbvie have become the Pariah of pharmaceutical companies and you will be scraping the bottom of the barrel here. It’s obvious they do not care.
