Recruiter contacts you they explain the interview process thoroughly. You then speak to a rep and they conduct a “day in the life “.
You then speak with managers. You then speak to reps from another division . You then have your final interview.
The final interview was negative as my answers were being thrown back into my face - apparent they didn’t like a word I was saying.
I coached another candidate who was also interviewing , and they gave the same answers as me and they received an offer .
A word of advice - if you’re done with a candidate for one reason or another please end the interview process. We are all adults . There is no reason to be unpleasant if you aren’t moving forward with someone . It’s simple professionalism and respect for others .

Interview
Very easy going interview with the director and associate director. They answered all my questions and it seems like a good place to work. HR are fantastic at communicating with candidates and having calls to talk about the role at depth.
