First contacted by Human Resource recruiter for initial assessment via phone . Verified job experience, regulatory understanding, and different skills. Indicated information would will forwarded to Hiring Manager to see if they wanted to proceed with another interview. At a later date, a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. Explained the company and touched lightly on the interactions of the different departments, along with the current state of the department (transitions, implementation of new systems).

Very efficient and smooth process! Everything was communicated very clearly from start to finish. HR interview and then 3 additional interviews (two DMS and the RD) until they gave me an offer.
The process took forever. Applied for a Senior Manager role at Allergan. HR would take weeks to move through each step. Did not seem like they valued the candidate's time at all.
