AbbVie interview questions

HR contacted me for the interview. The interview lasted around 40 minutes asking me questions about my background and how I am qualified for the role. There were also personal questions.

Since the hiring manager was not available, the recruiter set up a virtual meeting with the unit's director. He was 5 mins late. Asked few questions regarding my background and what I knew about the job responsibilities. While I was replying I could see him closing his eyes and snoozing off. He seemed least interested and when he asked the salary expectation he was quick to put me down. No callback from the HR after a week and when I followed up I was told the they were going with a more experience candidate. 2 months later, the post is still open, Perhaps no one wants to join this team.
