Interview
Very pleasant. Appreciated the interview questions. Were directed to the role I was pursuing. Very conversational and real. It was a panel interview and that was nice to have two people to interact with. I felt like they were really trying find the right candidate fit.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AbbVie in Aug 2019
Interview
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn to set up a phone screen and scheduled phone interview with hiring manager later. Received feedback that experience wasn't enough for this role but maybe appropriate for a Manager role for which the compensation was less than the minimum I asked for when i spoke to the recruiter. However, none of those existed for now in that team. Not sure the side note about a non-existent lower level role was needed. Felt like a deceptive process.
