AbbVie Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Very rigorous, sample sales scenarios, lengthy face to face calls (zoom). Definitely a situation that requires you to think on the spot. The good thing is it forces candidates to really think about if the job is a good fit for them.

Friendly. Interviewed with 2 section supervisors and 2 managers. Was about and hour long. Each person asked about 2-3 Questions. Very open to those with contract work looking for full time employment. Understands the struggle of finding gainful employment after college and lack of experience due to lack of opportunities.
