AbbVie interview questions

Saw an online posting for a position that matched my skills. Phone screen with the Hiring Manager about two weeks after I applied online. Was invited a few weeks later for an on-site in Worcester. Had dinner with the manager and some potential peers the night before. Day of the interview, I made a 45 minute presentation about my experience and how it might apply to their group. The talk was followed by a day-long interview process with peers and partners. Process finished with a request for references. A month after the interview, my references were called. A few days later however, I found that I didn't get the job. (In my industry, references aren't usually called until an offer is made - it felt like quite a tease.)
