AbbVie Sr. Scientist interview questions

Panel interview mainly focusing on technical questions. Starts with phone call interview with hr and hiring manager and then in person. Panel interview are either 1 on 1 or with many senior scientists from company.

Very long process. Took over 2.5 months from start to finish. The recruiter was hard to get a hold of for an update. The interview process by itself was pretty standard - Phone screen> Interview with Hiring Manager> Seminar> Panel and 1:1s> HR Some of the low level employees (RA/SRA) seemed very inexperienced with taking interviews and asked generic questions. Couple of the higher up (AD and VP) interviews were stiff but productive.
