I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AbbVie in Aug 2024
Interview
Standard screener interview, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and their bosses. They made an offer to which I made a counter offer, they then ghosted me for a week. Don't apply if you don't want to waste your time and get lowballed.
Situational via teams. Three person interview panel. Various questions from individuals in that department. Very kind and courteous. Lots of eye contact and very heavily based on experience and understanding what the job entails
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AbbVie (Denver, CO) in May 2024
Interview
I interviewed 7 times for this position and then they went with the only other candidate left. I later found out they worked for the competitor so of course they chose her. It was unprofessional IMO to have me go through it all.
1 HR interview via phone. 1 zoom interview with hiring manager. 2 in person interviews with hiring manager. 1 in person with team member. 1 zoom with hiring manager and team member in another territory. Final interview with hiring manager and regional director.
