Phone screen with HR, followed by video interview with hiring manager, then multiple video interviews with various colleagues/team members. That process went smoothly and everyone was friendly. However, after all the time spent on those interviews (hours), I was completely ghosted and never heard from HR or the hiring manager again. I received an auto-reject several months later. This behavior is unprofessional and disappointing from a company such as as Abbvie.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AbbVie (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process can be quite complex for unprepared individuals that didn't take the time to exam and research the companies underlying mission and goal for pharmaceuticals. The most fundamental part of the interview process with Allergan is knowing how the human resources process works from the qualifying of an employee to the final onboarding process. It was a good experience overall.
