AbbVie Manager interview questions

The timeframe from the date that I applied until I was told a final decision was about 2 1/2 months. One week after the interview, references were requested. I didn't hear about a final decision until over 4 weeks after the references were provided. Unfortunately, I was not selected as they decided to go with an internal candidate. My only feedback would be to not wait so long to let candidates know if they are not going to move forward.

The interview process was managed very well by Talent Acquisition. They flew me out to the site and arranged hotel accommodations. I then met with the hiring manager, some peer team members, and potential direct reports. The style of the interviews were conversational and largely asked about my resume. The team seemed very interested in our discussion.
