My interview took place in college campus in my 4th year of engineering. They first had an aptitude test which lasted about 2 hours and tested logical skills. It was pretty easy. Then we were short listed for interview. There was only 1 HR and tech inteview.

Interview
First an online aptitude test was conducted by AMCAT. It had 3 sections - quant, logical & verbal. Total duration of the test was about one hour. The results were announced the same day. Next day the interview was conducted. Two interviewers were present and interview was conducted for 5 students at a time.

Interview
This was a University Campus Placement Process for 2015 Graduated Students having the following rounds:-
1. Written Online Test comprising Aptitude, English and Logical Reasoning.
2. Group Interview of 5 after Screening.
Although non-IT students were considered, they preferred the ones with actual genuine hobbies and not like for ones who mentioned watching TV, playing cricket, etc.

Question 1
1. Technical Questions pertaining to the Field of Study:- Suppose you were from Electrical background, they would dig into that branch of study itself even if it had nothing to do with the role they were offering just to check if you can perform.
2. Non-Technical Questions regarding hobbies and other achievements:- This might seem trivial but they took it pretty seriously, you couldn't get out of this unless you prove your mettle in actually having utilized at least some part of your leisure time in productive activities.
