It was a smooth and precise process , asked generally about myself then about my projects and discussed the problem faced while doing my project then discussed about work life balance and salary structures

Getting interview scheduled is a big hassle as the HR won't respond. Once scheduled it's pretty easy to attend and crack the interview if you have the skills. I've noticed the interview process is delayed very much but not sure what might be the reason.
