Technical Interview Focus on core technical skills related to the role. Covers problem-solving, coding, and practical application of knowledge (e.g., Magento 2, PHP, MySQL, Symfony). Scenario-based and project-related questions to evaluate analytical ability, debugging, and architecture understanding. May include coding exercises, system design, or walkthrough of past projects. HR Review Evaluation of cultural fit, communication, and career aspirations. Discussion on past experience, achievements, and teamwork. Review of compensation expectations, relocation flexibility, and availability. Clarification of role responsibilities, growth opportunities, and organization values.
