I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Jan 2024
Interview
It's been 6 months I being interviewing in Accenture for application developer role they just demoted the Role from application developer to application support developer which is one level down. Reason they gave is they don't have budget to hire an application developer. Then why you even post a job opportunity on your portal and why you are selecting candidate and wasting their time. This is humiliating how an organisation can waste a candidate's time.

Interview
I was recently shortlisted for the position of Application Developer (Python) Level-9 at Accenture. After clearing the initial skill-based interview, I received an email inviting me to the final round. Based on what I found online and after speaking with a few friends who are already working at Accenture, I was expecting the final round to be a managerial interview. I was told it would primarily focus on my CV, leadership qualities, behavioral traits, and overall fit within the team.
However, during the actual interview, the experience was quite different from what I had prepared for. It turned out to be purely technical in nature, with no questions related to my resume, past experiences, or leadership skills. While I did my best to answer the technical questions, I was a bit caught off guard by the shift in expectations.
