Accenture Associate interview questions

I went through 5 rounds of intervies and they did not follow up after I pitched my innovative idea as part of the interview process. Unprofessional conduct in my opinion. Seems like they are trying to pool new ideas without hiring people

Firstly there will ba a Managerial round and once the interviewer is satisfied with your performance you will be asked to take up the Assessment test which will be of 4 different sections.
