I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Mailand)
Interview
Contacted by phone after the degree by HR, and agreed for a group interview in Milan, after which there was a 1:1 interview. You are asked basic technical questions. If shortlisted you attend a 4 to 6 paid course in Milan which may be or not related with your future job. 20 people as an average attend in each class, which is day long. You are evaluated carefully during this period of time. At the end you have an interview with a Manager, mainly technical about the class you just attended and the things you learned. Basic conversation is performed to evaluate your soft skills. If they like you you are offered a job.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Sep 2012
Interview
The interview process was very transparent. First We had a aptitude test then technical interview. After that final HR interview. The aptitude test was a bit difficult especially the quants part and the time was not sufficient. The technical and HR interviews were average.
