Technical Interview followed by HR on the same day and then offer is extended. They will let you know the decision right after Technical and then send you for HR round. Mostly these interviews are 1 on 1. But sometimes more then one people can be there in the technical round.

i applied through college/university its simple process first aptitude test is conducted then shortlisted student are called for hr round.basically it is a group interview of 5 students.one by one they start asking about yourself then cross question on it.
