Accenture Associate Software Developer interview questions

Applied through campus. There was only two rounds. 1st round was aptitude and 2nd round HR. 1st round mixed with all general quatns and 2nd round was group panel.

Accenture had tied up with Amcat to conduct online test. Recruitment had only 2rounds. Amcat test and HR round cum technical. Accenture hired level-13 ASE even though candidate never qualified to get hired. Accenture India had no specific policy created for Level-13 ASE. It was a clever play to hire Level-13 at very low cost and also not to promote them till 3years. This is was not informed to candidates while hiring.
