Accenture Associate Software Developer interview questions

Applied through campus interview. Had initial written test, one technical and then HR interview. Questions were overall fine. Selected a good amount of candidates. Had training and then onboarding.

The interviewers asked about an algorithm for sorting numbers in ascending and descending order. They asked why I am willing to work for accenture and why choosing a software job despite being an electrical engineering graduate. Strengths, weaknesses, How long I am willing to work for them if hired etc.
