I applied in-person. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, ) in May 2014
Interview
I was a walk-in applicant, I went there as early as 7am. I was scheduled for an exam on the same day at 12:30nn. Exam was more on logic, grammar and reading comprehension. I got the results after 30minutes and was scheduled for an interview the next day. Interview was usual. No technical questions asked.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Buenos Aires) in Apr 2011
Interview
Initial communication by phone and email, giving a date for an English exam (i work in Argentina). After the exam, if approved, a group interview in which there is a psychological test and logics exam. Then, after passing this, there's a medical exam. After this, there are 2 days of induction in which HR explains policies, medical care, etc, and then you are an employee.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
1. Exam - There are two exams: aptitute/programming and english. There is a time limit in every question. So answer as fast as you can.
2. Interview - The interview is conducted by the HR and when my turn came, I find it difficult because the questions are not the simple or basic questions you can on the internet. Be ready with your English.
