I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture in Sep 2014
Interview
Accenture came to recruit in my college and the selection process was divided into 3 rounds.
1) Aptitude
2) GD
3) Technical + HR interview (combined)
Selection process was score based. Scores for Aptitude and GD were added and then elimination was done for the last round.
Aptitude round was easy, with more questions from Venn Diagrams and patterns.
GD round was like a quick fire. I was given 30 seconds to stage my point and 10 seconds to contradict other. If someone fumbled or asked for more time, he was straightaway rejected.
Technical round was mixed. I was asked basic HR questions like relocation, favourite place, likes and dislikes, and also some technical questions on sorting, arrays, prime number identification, basic mathematical computations using structures, and a few more. I guess I wrongly answered one question on pointers.
All in all questions were smooth, and I got selected. Pay package is not disclosed but probably it will be 3.15 LPA. I really expected more from Accenture.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A few GD topics were totally discreet for students like - Red and Blue, White shirt and black tie, or black shirt and white tie, and a few more.
It was a very easy process- A aptitude round followed by a HR round and a technical round it was a one day process. Very friendly people from the HR to the managers who took the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
The process will be done 3 times. First by HR then will follow by the team manager and lastly will be by the project lead. After that the HR will come back to you about 2 weeks later if you get selected. And you need to wait for about a month for a background check.
