Accenture Associate Software Engineer interview questions

The interview went well. The interviewer asked about the projects worked , project experience , my strength and weakness. But I did not recieve the offer ,I have no idea want went wrong .

It started when shaking with the hand then asking about myself. Then my strenghts and weakness. How do I see as part of the organization and whether I can be flexible and work under pressure. And also they ask if I can work in changing of schedules.
