I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune) in Sep 2015
Interview
Interview was more of an impromptu. Not much of technical questions. More of HR questions. I was asked to give my views on a trending topic at that time. Easy interview. Looking for confidence and genuineness.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Jan 2017
Interview
The drive was conducted through a hiring agency in Bengaluru.
As we had already given the Aptitude test for eLitmus, the only round conducted was an interview for 5 candidates at a time taken by two interviewers.
One of them was from technology team and other from HR team. The interview was smooth and good. The interview lasted for 20 mins.
Basically the interview was checking the communication skills.
The whole drive was coordinated and less time consuming.
I had cleared all rounds.
