I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, ) in Aug 2016
Interview
At first, They will ask you to take a technical assessment to assess your technical skills, next is they'll be conducting a communication assessment to test your English skill. If you pass both assessment. Then an HR will do a background check/interview on you. The interview is somewhat basic because HR will just ask some questions regarding your college career since this is a role mostly for fresh graduates.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh) in Sep 2016
Interview
It was our campus recruitment, which included of an aptitude test and a group interview. Accenture visited at our campus in the month of September as a day1 recruiter. There was a written aptitude test, which consisted of questions from English, Logical Reasoning and Quantative Ability. The level of difficulty was not that much. The questions were very easy. Then the shortlisted students were called for a group interview, where each group was of 5 students. There were basic HR questions. All you need to crack the interview is to have a good communication skills and confidence. Best of luck.
