Accenture Associate Software Engineer interview questions

Accenture had tied up with Amcat to conduct online test. Recruitment had only 2rounds. Amcat test and HR round cum technical. Accenture hired level-13 ASE even though candidate never qualified to get hired. Accenture India had no specific policy created for Level-13 ASE. It was a clever play to hire Level-13 at very low cost and also not to promote them till 3years. This is was not informed to candidates while hiring.

Fairly easy. Had a technical round and an HR round in a college. Process was for entire day and on boarding was done within 10-15 days. Overall was a good experience and a transparent process.
