Accenture Associate Software Engineer interview questions

Campus recruitment - Very calm but too long. The recruitment process was outsourced to a third party. first round was IQ test, second round was HR interview and third round was behavioral interview with mix of technical. Thing to remember is that it was a campus placement from UG so technical was toned down. Decision was giving that day but after 3 hours. The entire process took 10 -12 hours.

The interview will proceed 1 day before the examination. Due to many applicants, it will depend on the pool of schedule. My interview lasted about 15 mins. The problem is that, you will not get a feedback right after the interview. You will wait for weeks, months as for me, its now two months since I was interviewed. I suggest you find other jobs if they will not call you in 1 week.
